When: Saturday, January 28th, from 9am to Noon Saturday, February 4th from 9am to Noon Saturday, February 11th from 9am to Noon AND Sunday, February 12th, Noon to 3:00pm **Signups after February 12th will be based upon team availability **T-Ball sign ups will remain open for entire season. Where: Peace Lutheran Church - 2201 N. Rosa Parks Way - Portland, OR Cost: $60 per player, $45 for T-Ballers, or $125 for family We have payment plans, so please don't hesitate to sign up now and pay later!!

3 proofs of residency, such as: utility bill, drivers license, vehicle
registration, insurance docs, tax records, rent/mortgage receipts,

live West of I-5, South of the Columbia Slough, East of Chautauqua and
North of Russell St., you live within the Interstate / Kenton
boundaries.
